Will I require IVF only?
Not at all! IVF is just a tool that we can use in your fertility journey. The end goal is simply to bring your baby home. Several patients a month conceive naturally after nominal (non-IVF) treatment at Jilla Fertility. Rest assured, we will not push you into *any* unnecessary treatment 🙂 Having said this, if IVF is the only / best solution, we won’t hesitate to tell you this either. We believe in being honest in every interaction
How will you “bring my baby home”?
Great question! At a high level, we follow 3 steps for this.
First is to uncover *all* causes of your infertility. We stress on *all* because fertility is unforgiving, a single cause can block fertility even if everything else is normal. We do this using our proprietary Initial Assessment Format. This format has decades of learnings baked into it and ensures we do not miss a single thing in your evaluation.
Second, we discuss and explain all treatment options with you. We want you to be a partner in your treatment and make every effort to ensure you understand what is happening and why.
Once a treatment option is chosen, we use only the best quality and batch tested injections in your treatment. When we say batch tested, *we* test the batch first on an oocyte donor to ensure quality before approving the batch for use on you. Batch to batch variation is a reason for fluctuating results and we mitigate this risk by batch testing.
Finally, our IVF lab is our prized possession. The lab design, equipment and protocols are all proprietary and designed by the brilliant Natasha Jilla. She is a MSc Clinical Embryologist from the University Of Leeds, UK, and has been the lab director at Jilla Fertility for more than 11 years.

Is IVF Painful?
If I have a busy schedule, how can I manage IVF treatment?
This is actually easier than you think. If IVF treatment is required, only 3 visits are mandatory. Everything else can be managed locally or at home. How? Injections can be carried home in cold storage. Primary consultations should be done at the clinic, but once treatment is decided, tele and video consultations can be done.
We have *several* patients doing treatment from as far as Singapore, Dubai, USA, etc and we have seen that this does not affect results and in fact improves patient experience!
How much do you charge for IVF treatment?
On average, the total billing for an IVF cycle lands up somewhere between 1.5 – 2.0L. There is a lot of variation in the exact treatment, and so this price may vary. The best way to clarify this is to visit us and understand all the exact treatment options and pricing that will give you a result.
Who will manage my case?
At the top, every case is managed by Dr. Manju Jilla – Head Of Doctors, and Natasha Jilla – Head Of Embryology.
Based on the clinic you visit, a hand picked, battle trained and friendly gynecologist will meet you and take you through your treatment. This team member will be supported by the two directors.
